All information, content, materials, and services provided on TCG.SG (the "Platform") are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. TCG.SG expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

TCG.SG makes no representations, guarantees, or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, or suitability of any content, information, products, or services available on or through the Platform. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.

2. No Professional Advice

Nothing on the Platform constitutes, or is intended to constitute, financial, investment, legal, tax, or any other form of professional advice. The content on TCG.SG is provided for general informational and community purposes only.

Trading cards may fluctuate in value, and past performance is not indicative of future results. Users should seek independent professional advice from qualified advisors before making any purchasing, selling, or investment decisions regarding trading cards or related collectibles. TCG.SG shall not be held liable for any financial loss, damages, or adverse consequences resulting from decisions made based on information found on the Platform.

3. AI Card Scanning & Grading

TCG.SG offers an AI-powered card scanning and grading feature (the "AI Vision Module") that utilises artificial intelligence to analyse card images and provide estimated condition assessments. Users must understand and accept the following:

• All AI-generated grading results, condition assessments, and card identifications are approximations and estimates only and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unreliable
• AI grading is NOT equivalent to and does NOT replace professional grading services such as PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator), BGS (Beckett Grading Services), CGC (Certified Guaranty Company), or any other accredited grading authority
• AI condition assessments may fail to detect defects, damage, counterfeits, reprints, or other material issues affecting a card's value or authenticity
• TCG.SG is NOT responsible for any decisions made, transactions entered into, or losses incurred based on AI scan results
• AI scan costs (60 points per scan) are non-refundable regardless of the accuracy, usefulness, or completeness of the scan results
• TCG.SG does not warrant that the AI Vision Module will produce correct, consistent, or reliable results at any time
• Users assume all risk associated with reliance on AI-generated assessments

4. Pricing Information

Card prices, market valuations, and pricing estimates displayed on the Platform are sourced from available market data, including third-party integrations such as PriceCharting, and are provided for reference purposes only.

• TCG.SG does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any pricing data displayed on the Platform
• Actual market values may differ significantly from displayed prices due to market fluctuations, regional pricing variations, card condition differences, supply and demand dynamics, and data sourcing limitations
• Pricing data may be delayed, outdated, or otherwise inaccurate at any given time
• Users should conduct their own independent research and due diligence before making any buying, selling, or trading decisions
• TCG.SG shall not be held liable for any financial loss or damages arising from reliance on pricing information displayed on the Platform

5. User Transactions

TCG.SG operates as a platform that facilitates connections between buyers and sellers. TCG.SG is NOT a party to any transaction between users and does not act as an agent, broker, or intermediary for any transaction.

• TCG.SG does NOT guarantee the authenticity, condition, quality, legality, safety, or accuracy of any items listed on the Platform
• TCG.SG does NOT guarantee that any transaction will be completed, that sellers will deliver items, or that buyers will make payment
• All transactions between users are conducted entirely at the users' own risk
• TCG.SG bears NO liability whatsoever for fraud, misrepresentation, non-delivery, defective goods, counterfeit items, or any disputes arising between users
• TCG.SG is not responsible for verifying the identity, credibility, or trustworthiness of any user on the Platform
• Users are solely responsible for assessing the risks of any transaction and for resolving any disputes directly with the other party

6. Third-Party Content & Links

The Platform may contain links, references, or integrations to third-party websites, services, and resources, including but not limited to Telegram groups, WhatsApp groups, external trading card shops, and other external platforms.

• TCG.SG has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, practices, availability, or accuracy of any third-party websites or services
• The inclusion of any third-party link or reference does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by TCG.SG
• Users access external links and third-party services entirely at their own risk
• TCG.SG shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from the use of or reliance on any third-party content, products, or services

7. User-Generated Content

The Platform allows users to post, upload, and share content including but not limited to listings, descriptions, images, comments, reviews, and communications ("User Content"). With respect to User Content:

• TCG.SG does NOT endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for any User Content posted on the Platform
• Users are solely responsible for their own User Content, including its accuracy, legality, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• TCG.SG reserves the right to review, edit, remove, or restrict access to any User Content at its sole discretion, without prior notice and without liability to the user or any third party
• Upon receipt of a complaint regarding User Content, TCG.SG may, at its sole discretion, review the complaint and may remove or amend the content in question. Such review and any subsequent action (or inaction) does not create any obligation, duty of care, or liability to the complainant or any other party
• TCG.SG does not guarantee that it will review, respond to, or act upon any complaint or report regarding User Content

8. Service Availability

TCG.SG may experience downtime, interruptions, errors, delays, or complete discontinuation of services at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance
• System updates, upgrades, and feature deployments
• Technical failures, server issues, or infrastructure problems
• Third-party service outages or disruptions
• Force majeure events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control

TCG.SG provides no guarantee of uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free access to the Platform. TCG.SG shall not be liable for any loss, damage, inconvenience, or adverse consequences resulting from any service interruption, suspension, or discontinuation.

9. Intellectual Property Notice

All trading card game names, logos, card images, characters, and related trademarks and copyrights — including but not limited to Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece Card Game, Magic: The Gathering, Digimon, Dragon Ball Super Card Game, Flesh and Blood, and Cardfight!! Vanguard — are the property of their respective owners, licensors, and publishers.

TCG.SG is an independent community platform and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any trading card game publisher, manufacturer, or rights holder. Any use of third-party trademarks on the Platform is for identification and informational purposes only and does not imply any association or endorsement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, TCG.SG, its operators, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or property damage
• Cost of procurement of substitute goods or services
• Any damages arising from unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or transmissions
• Any other pecuniary or non-pecuniary loss

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which such damages are claimed, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, and even if TCG.SG has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, TCG.SG's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Indemnification

By using the Platform, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TCG.SG, its operators, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or access to the Platform
• Your violation of this Disclaimer, our Terms of Service, or any applicable law or regulation
• Your User Content or any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform
• Your conduct in connection with any transaction or interaction with other users
• Any third-party claim arising from your use of the Platform or your User Content
• Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity

12. Governing Law

This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Disclaimer or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
